Ordered on the Monday, tracking number by the Thursday. The 55 arrived double boxed and the panel was perfect.
I was nervous at that price. It is a real LG, the serial number checks out on LG's own site.

Shipped from our Spanish warehouse within 7 days. Check the panel for transit damage before you sign for it, and refuse the delivery if anything is cracked.
Feet or wall
The feet clip on without tools in about five minutes. For wall mounting it is a standard VESA 400 × 300 bracket, sold anywhere.
Plug in and sign in
webOS walks you through Wi-Fi and your accounts in about four minutes. Sign in to your streaming services and it is ready.
If something goes wrong
An LG for a tenth of the shop price. We know how that reads.
30 days to change your mind
Watch it properly in your own room. If it is not what you expected, we collect it and refund in full. You do not need a reason.
Arrives intact or we replace it
Check the panel before you sign. If there is transit damage, refuse the delivery and a replacement ships the same week.
Warranty honoured in the EU
These carry the manufacturer warranty that came with them. State the exact term here once you have confirmed it for the stock you hold, and do not claim longer than you can honour.

The things people ask before buying.
Is the 120Hz real, or is it interpolated?
Real. The panel itself refreshes 120 times a second and accepts a 120Hz signal over HDMI. Plenty of TVs at this price advertise a "motion rate" figure that is a 60Hz panel with frame interpolation on top. We do not do that.
Will it run my PS5 or Xbox at 4K 120?
Yes, on all four HDMI ports. VRR and auto low latency mode are enabled out of the box, so the console switches into game mode on its own.
How long until it ships?
Every order leaves our Spanish warehouse within 7 days of payment clearing, and you get a tracking number by email the moment it does. Transit time after that depends on your country, and nothing crosses a customs border because it never leaves the EU.
Can I wall mount it?
It takes a standard VESA 400 × 300 bracket, which is the most common size sold. The bracket is not included, since most people already have one or want a specific tilt or arm.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Check it before you sign. The delivery team waits while you unbox. If the panel is cracked, refuse the delivery and we ship a replacement that week at no cost to you.
Is this genuine LG stock?
Yes. Every unit carries its LG serial number and original firmware. We are a Spanish company shipping from a Spanish warehouse, and the invoice we issue carries our VAT number, so you have a paper trail if you ever need it.
How do I return it?
Email us inside 30 days and we book a collection. Keep the original box if you can, but we will still collect it if you have not. Refund lands within five working days of collection.
